Hi.

I need help with a JOG PROBLEM on my DDJ-SR2. LEFT side is not working properly. Im trying to find:

1) how to reset factory settings or restore firmware;

2) how to adjust jog sensibility

I didnt find support. None of this information on manual. Please help.
