Dvs not takin any control with software

I got 1 plx 500 hooked up with my dj ddj rx and so far audio is going to the controller but, on the software it doesnt do anything idk what im doing wrong, i wanna use my plx mainly as a third or 4th deck for scratching ive watched plenty of videos trying to see if i could get an idea how to make it work and seen a video of a guy with the same setup so i know it can be done. Im basically new for turntables and i would appreciate any help because i want to try new things and i already spent alot of money to just give up
