hello help!!! pioneer ddj-sr2

Hello I am having a problem that everyone has in this device DDJ-SR2 I really tried everything from everything and I want to solve the problem.

The problem is I go into the serato pro software and then turn on the controller and then after a second all the software freezes
Then it says serato pro does not respond
I did erase of everything and again installation and same problem back
