UNABLE TO CHANGE PLAN (Bug report) Rekordbox 6
My subscription ended a day early (was supposed to end 8/28, but stopped working on 8/27), and i tried to pay to reinstate the plan but all of the options were greyed out, and I couldn't select *any* option.
How can I change my plan? There seems to be a software bug here.

Sorry to hear about that - but it looks like you cancelled your plan, meaning you're stuck and can't change plans until the current plan actually terminates. It's a bit of a glitch, but the only work-around would be to subscribe using a different email address.
Same problem here as well
so how would I go about using another email address?
I just wanna go back to RB version before the update
where everything worked, how do I get back to that version
I tried to download it but it somehow wants me to buy more?
Is there a another work-around? I can't even use performance mode.
but it won't let me so I'm stuck, I ask for a refund

If you have cancelled, the current plan will continue to work until the end of the subscription period. The subscription has nothing to do with the version being used; you can downgrade to an earlier version of the software if needed.
