I only have computer controls nothing on console. Why? please

Hi Guys New to this , Just setting up my DDJ 400 and System only works on my computer not a single controller option works yet its lit and ready to go. I have full control of everything on the computer but nothing on my console .

Many thanks for any help suggested.

Sorry, I'm not quite sure I understand what is / isn't working, can you provide a bit more detail?
