Why is Rekordbox 6.6.1 deleting/not loading my track info?!?!?

I just bought 200 or so tracks from beatport and imported them to rekordbox. This is third time I've noticed that some tracks aren't loading the artist name but everything else. I tried to edit them in the track info section and when I press enter after typing in the artist name, it disappears.

can anyone help?
