Ddj 400 RCA to Club PA system loss of Bass (low end 80%)

Hi guys, I see this post with no solutions, the clubs system with other gear/decks/controllers work fine and even with stereo system all 100% fine. When switched over to the DDJ400 it looses 70-80% bass/low end?? Anybody get any solutions to this issue?? Rgds Will

There's not a lot to go on here... how are you connecting it?

I connecting with RCA from controller to amp RCA input.

And are other devices normally connected using those same RCA inputs? Or are they using balanced inputs? To a different channel? More details will help please.
