CDJ 3000 Loops not starting when setting them
I have noticed that unlike on the 2000 NXS/NXS2 loops do not start instantly anymore, when pressing a) the 4 or 8 beatloop button or b) using the loop mode on screen. The Loop is set but until i hit play, its not starting to play. I used to press the 4 beat button on the beat and start beatmatching right away, why do i need 2 presses now? Is there a fix in utility or anything? Is this a bug or intention and if the latter, whats the benefit?

This is intentional, and preferred by most DJs who want to set a loop and not have it start immediately.

There you can see it. It used to be so that the loop automatically starts playing when enganging it on a paused track. Firmware version 1.21.
I cant comment on if this issue is new because i got the players a week ago and instantly updated the firmware before playing the first time on them.
great to hear this got finally implemented! pls give us the gated loop feature (including gated hotcues) also on nxs/nxs2/etc :-)
Hi there, whats the solution here? Is it a Rekordbox setting, interested in loops starting when I press them or the option at least
