DDJ400

Hi.. I have had my ddj400 since July, its been fine until the other day. Rekordbox was telling me my controller wasn't usable on the free plan and I had to upgrade, the controller completely shut down apart from 3 lights on the left hot cue section, I have sorted that now but on the controls do different things like they are mixed up
