Auto Hot Cue not Loading
In rekordbox I have clicked the auto loading option in the settings AND I have clicked it for all tracks already inside rekordbox (select all songs, selected the option in the info field).
When I select a song on the cdj 2000 nxs via the playlists, everything goes well. However, when I am inside a playlist and I go to the next song with the track search knob, the hotcues of the next song are NOT loaded (it's still the previous ones).

Yep, as @Erik says - this is a performance-oriented option to load a song more quickly. Even a function like Instant Doubles doesn't call up the hot cues to prioritize a faster song load, regardless of the player preferences.
Correct, the track search buttons are meant for quickly loading a new track, so they don't load the hotcues into memory. You have to call them manually.
