DDJ SB3 has no output from the right channel?

Hi! I just got my SB3, and there is no output coming out of the right channel. However The left channel is sound as a pound, so I know audio is working. Is this a setting I’ve mucked up somehow?

I am having the same issue and there seems to be no info on how to rectify this anywhere
