Saved my mix
I’ve just recorded a 2 hour mix then named it but couldn’t find it in the recordings only the name of it. Have a I lost it

Look in the Finder / Explorer at the default recording location to see if the system saved it. If you clicked Delete after the recording ended, it's possible the recording was not saved. You may also have the setting ticked to NOT import automatically after recording.
