Virtual Deck in use
Just got my DDJ 1000 srt today - updated the firmware and installed the drives...everything worked perfect. I was arranging some wires and unplugged the USB cord from the back of the controller. I plugged it back in and now the serato virtual deck says "in use", I even switched from my mac to my windows laptop to see if it was just connections issues with my Mac but had the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Help please...

You plugged it into the wrong USB port; if you connected it to the USB-B port and the switches are all set to USB-A, this would occur.
Try to update the firmware and drivers..https://www.pioneerdj.com/en-us/support/software/controller/ddj-1000srt/
I update the firmware before I started using it so I am currently running the latest firmware and drivers
