Ignoring the register / login at the top of the page (I see it all the time because I have an agent account), are you logging in with a Pioneer DJ account using the SSO? You should be, if not - please let me know.
It would also help to know the browser version, OS, and whether or not you've removed the cookies and cleared the cache.
@brad > Regarding your issues, please post a new topic, I'll help you there.
Here's a resonse for you :0
My post fader effects are working. Is it a particular effect not working for you?
Also the login issues have not really been resolved as mentioned in the green text. In the background we get indeed access, but when you click on login, you have to go through an endless loop and you cannot see you have been logged in... even now, at the top of my screen I see "register" and "log in" instead of my name.... I don't get why it takes a month and then the issue is not really resolved but is just resolved in the background (the endless looping problem has not been resolved at all, if you are logged in, you should be directed to the forum, not again to the page where you have to log in)
Yeah I get the silly login loop of doom every other time I hop on here as well.
@pulse you mean like this 'topic' I posted last week which you failed to respond to hence why I posted this "TOPIC"
PIONEER LOGIC AT IT FINEST
https://forums.pioneerdj.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000673086-DJM900nxs2-DDJ-SP1-performance-mode-
Yes, exactly like that. Sorry we didn't get to it yet, there has been a flood of posts since the forums came back online, and your patience is appreciated.
@pulse i posted the link to the TOPIC and i still havent even had any response??????
pretty obvious that you forum issues are just a false flag for you actual software not working correctly.
"False flag"? Dude, this is a Pioneer DJ support forum, not a conspiracy forum.
And yes, the forums are working properly if you clear your cache and cookies. Other users who reported the same thing followed my instructions and were able to get it working.
And no, I haven't responded to your topic yet because I'm waiting to hear back from one of our engineers on that, but I do appreciate your patience.
