Plx 500 motor doesn't work

Hi , I bought a pair of plx 500 couple of weeks back . While practicing today the left deck stopped working all of sudden. The motor doesn't spin . The power is on , the 33/45 switch works but the start stop doesn't work , the platter doesn't spin . It's really sad that I thought this is worth investing on plx 500 . It's now turning in to frustration . Someone from the pioneer team reply on this forum . Thanks !!
