USB play histories
Is there a way to manually import a history from a USB device into rekordbox, in the event that you accidentally deleted one previously imported from within your rekordbox, or that you don't have the "automatic" option set in rekordbox preferences?
Am I right in thinking that when histories are imported it currently gives the date/time of the day they are imported, rather than the date/time this history was recorded on the USB device? That's how it appears to me! If so, can I submit a feature request for it to use the date/time that the history was recorded please? :-)

There is no clock on the players, so no, they can't be dated per the actual performance time, sorry.
Yes, you can manually re-import them or create a playlist from that history.

It's interesting you said this is possible because since my original post I read elsewhere that the history on the USB is deleted after being imported, suggesting it's not possible to manually re-import after accidentally deleting the originally imported playlist. Are you saying it's possible to do, but only if it's not previously been imported (e.g. you haven't got it set to auto-import)?
Ahhhh - you're right, I totally forgot that it removes it after import, even manually. Your best bet to not lose them would be to convert them to a playlist. I got in the habit of doing that in Serato DJ so I could call up a history from an event and play some of those tracks again.
Hi there, I just played a gig and went to do this, convert them to playlists. It worked no problem, although I had histories of the same gig date in three parts: 01/01/2018, 01/01/2018 (1) , 01/01/2018 (2), 01/01/2018 (3). Would these be the entire set, but split up. Would this be the histories between the two CDJ's?
Hmm... not sure, usually they are all in the same history for linked players. Did you look at the history track list to see if there's any logic as to how it was split, for example by time or by deck?
