Transfering Rekordbox Collection and Cue Points From Old To New Laptop
Hi all,
I am trying to swap over to my new laptop. But I cant figure out how to transfer my Rekordbox collection!
I have already researched many Youtube videos, and dug around for proper info. And have also tried for a few hours learning. But I cant do it! And I am terrified of losing all my cue points and data for each track.
Can anyone give me a safe and simple step by step to a basic transfer of tracks, playlists, cue points from one laptop to another please?

Old laptop: File > Library > Backup Library
Include your music files as part of the process. Don't forget to deactivate that rekordbox installation if you're not planning on using it again!
New laptop: File > Library > Import Library. Boom.
Iv managed to import and analyze the tracks in the new laptop.
And managed to import the playlists via XML
.....But i cant get my hot cue save points to load up?
How can i get my hot cue data to load please?
What... why? Why didn't you follow the instructions I gave you above?
If you have your Music Files on an external drive like HDD or SSD, you can Move your database in the Settings. So you can Play with different Laptops / PCs with all your Playlists, Cues, Grid, Tags,....
