XDJ - RX Pro DJ Link via USB
I saw in new video while introducing XDJ RX 2 that it can be connected with PRO DJ link via USB not LAN cable.
Is this possible on XDJ RX?

Yes, the USB is exactly how it works - the reason it was removed is this technology was already incorporated into the CDJ-2000NXS2 (it's effectively a USB-network bridge) as many new laptops / ultrabooks don't have an ethernet port.

I have a problem. I connected my XDJ-RX with USB and I can't activate PRO LINK.

The XDJ-RX2 has that feature, the XDJ-RX original model does not, you need to use the ethernet connection.

The major markets receive it next month, I would assume Croatia should have availability before the end of the year, but check with your local retailers for more accurate information.
