Rekordbox 4.5.0 vs. DDJ-RX Jog Wheel

I recently updated to Rekordbox 4.5.0. Prior to installing this update, The DDJ-RX had no issues.

Now whenever I rotate the left jog wheel to change the cue-point for deck1, it ignores my input and starts at the original load-cue-point.

So after pressing 'Shift + Cue' it allows me to jog-wheel forward and set the cue point, but oddly the 'in' button on the loop panel blinks exactly 3 times.

I can repeat this every time and have no fix. It's super annoying. please help.
