can't delete my Pioneer account

after had deactivate my license on y mac I get always the same message

 

 To cancel your Pioneer DJ account, you must first deactivate your rekordbox licences. You can deactivate them at the rekordbox application in Mac or Computer.

 

and the problem is I just sold my ddj rb and the new owner can't use rekordbox
