Trying to sync my djm 900 with ableton live but not working...noob
Recently just got myself ableton. I want to be able to sync it with my djm 900 so that i can drop stabs n samples over tracks im playing through my pen drive on the linked cdjs. I cant seem to get it to play at the same time with the cdjs. Sorry i know this is probably something really simple but ive been pretty old school with the djn. Just left vinyl not long ago lol.

In ableton under the option. Go to midi options. Go to djm 900 nxs lime and turn on all three sections. Ableton will receive midi clock from the djm. Make sure to select EXT on ableton. You should see a blinking dot giving you notice it is receiving a source clock from the djm900.
