Hi all, Been using the 1210's and a DJM600 for years. Looking at getting the XDJ1000Mk2 and possibly upgrading the mixer to the 850. Looking at a deal which has got the DDJ SP1. I heard the SP works with Rekordbox now right? Also is it standalone (don't really want to be taking the laptop) can I just load samples and trigger on say channel 3 of the mixer or something with this? Ta

@Nicola > Yes, the SP1 works with rekordbox, but it doesn't exactly work "stand-alone." It can be used with the XDJ-1000MK2's without rekordbox as an extension of the player's interface to allow you to use the hot-cues and loops and browsing without touching the screen.
