I receive an error message saying "unexpected application error" and Rekordbox crashes around 70% of the time when I try and load a Pulselacker track onto the Decks in Rekordbox DJ 4.2.4

I thought it could be an issue with my DDJRB and the software, but I tried unplugging my DDJRB and the same issue still happens.

Could a Pioneer rep assess the .dmp for me please?
