Rekordbox for Track monitoring only
I'm wondering if Rekordbox can be used for monitoring DJ's track selection mainly for vj and light technicians rather then just another tool for DJ's.
Second part of this question is can 2 pc's be ran with Rekordbox on the same network if a DJ wishes to use Rekordbox traditionally.

If you have a DJ playing from a USB/SD source, even with the link is enabled, you won't see the track information appear on the link section, you'll see this:
Yes, you can run a maximum of two laptops on the same network and both will be selectable from the CDJ.
Right I'm looking for track information to be populated here when a DJ selects a track with the decoder on a CDJ. Whether the media is loaded via thumbdrive, or another pc with Rekordbox.
When a CDJ is in control mode, it shows the information from the software. When the CDJ is playing a track from a device, that information is not relayed to the software, sorry.
