Rekordbox waveform display preview problems

I've just reformatted my Mac and installed Mavericks and moved from Rekordbox 3 to the latest version (4.2.4).

I've got about 2500 tracks in my collection and done a batch analysis and only about 15 - 20 of the tracks have updated the waveform display in the preview.  

Even after doing a single track analysis the waveform doesn't appear.  It kind of works in the main preview in the player but it appears glitchy and not always correct.  

Can you give me some help please?
