Missing Rekordbox XML / Zero Files

I have the tree set to display Rekordbox XML but for some reason it says "zero tracks". Not sure when or how it happened but is there a way that this file could end up missing or corrupted? If so what's the best way to fix/replace? I use rekordbuddy to sync cue points from Serato DJ to rekordbox so this file tends to be quite important in that respect. It's supposed to be located in: "/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox/rekordbox.xml" by default but when refreshing / browsing "all tracks" it says no tracks are there.
