waveform + cuepoints gone after rekordbox dropbox sync

Finally figured out how to sync both my machines but now when i open rekordbox all the waveform and cuepoint data is missing?
the usernames on both computers are identical and itunes music is in the same location also (dropbox)
everything else is fine. here my setup
15" macbook pro OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 (master)
13" macbook pro - OSX Sierra 10.12.3 (slave)
I have back ups of the master collection folder and collection xml export also.

I know for a fact it works having tested it across a very similar configuration, so if you followed the instructions in my email, you may have had a typo or missed one step (like disabling the smart-quotes). You can email me for further assistance.
