RB 4.2.4 & Krog nanpad2

Hi I bought a number of controllers such as ddj-rx & ddj-rb
I could map  them to RB software with new midi commands
Yesterday I purchased the KORG NANOPAD2 i want to map it with my pair CDJ400 to hot cue   sampler    pad fx
I get identification of the software, get immediate command of midi in and midi out
But the retention of the device after the mapping of the unresponsive
Is the software does not support korg nano pad2?

It's possible that because they're velocity-sensitive pads that the hardware isn't transmitting a value high enough for the software to register the "change." For example, the midi range is 0 to 127. If the software only recognizes a press when the value is at 127, but pressing the pad softly only sends a 30, you've not met the 127 required for the trigger.

My recommendation is to try and change it to non-velocity-sensitive, or see if KORG has a tool allowing you to change the output type, or your last option would be to use a MIDI software capable of translating any press on that pad to a different value (127).

Hi, I was in the same situation, but it is necessary to make a strong push on the pad that would work. in such programs as Serato, traktor pro do not need to make strong clicks on the pads. how to fix this problem?
