Rekordbox 4.2.4 - Sync Manager still not working

Hi! 

 

The sync manager is still not recognizing my playlists. I just get the message "file missing" 

 

Anybody updated to 4.2.4 and have the same problem?

Thank u. But I don't find the arrow I should click in order to resync the playlist... 

 

Could anybody make a printscreen?

I'm not able to mark the "Playlist" checkbox...

Can you tell us what your workflow is?

What is the USB device you're trying to export to -- is it formatted properly?

I'm not trying to export the playlist. I'm using Rekordbox in Performance mode, so the track will not load to the decks.

I have a DDJ-RX

If you're not exporting, why are you using the sync manager?

Can you resync a playlist in another way? 

 

P.S. I'm new to rekordbox.

There are two ways of using the XDJ-RX with rekordbox:

- linked to rekordbox (in EXPORT mode) over ethernet where you are using rekordbox as the source for all the songs, and the RX does the work of actually processing and mixing the music

- as a controller for rekordbox dj (PERFORMANCE mode) via USB where you use the RX as an interface to manipulate rekordbox

If you're having problems LINKING, you should follow the instructions in this article for allowing the necessary applications through the firewall in order to allow communication.
