Rekordbox 'Pop up' boxes unreadable??

So the other day I updated rekordbox to 4.2.2 but was getting constant 'application error' when doing minor tasks e.g minimise etc.
So I uninstalled and reapplied rekordbox 4.1.1 and all was great.
My Windows 10 had important updates so I let it update and install, but when turning laptop back on and loading up rekordbox I can't read any of the pop up boxes, example hovering over quantize or something and a little box pops up telling you what this function does etc etc the writing inside the box is cut in half, not long ways but from top to bottom, it's glitches out and no matter how many time I restart RB it stays that way.

it could be 4.2.1, either way it's the version before the latest.

Any suggestions?
