Pioneer DDJ SB Right Jog wheel issues

My jog wheel isn't stuck, but when I'm scratching, the waveform won't react to me scratching. Sometimes I have to take it out of vinyl mode to work again but lately that doesn't even work anymore. this happens at random and its just with the right jog wheel. The Controller isn't old, it's well taken care of, but IDK whats wrong. I heard it could be firmware and I've updated that and all and nothing changes. I could suspect from researching, that its the sensor in the jog wheel but IDK. Can anyone help me fix or understand the issue?
