Normal is for tracks with a steady BPM (most modern club tracks), dynamic for tracks with varying BPM. Use depending on the song you're analyzing. Make sure you always check the grid since a some tracks have unexpected beat shifting surprises in them...
I can not check the grid.
Check = inspect the grid and make sure it's correctly aligned with the beats.
