License key problem
Good day! about two days ago my computer have broken and all my files hvave been deleted. Suddenly it is still doesn't s work. And what is more - my license key have been deleted due to this problem. Tomorrow I have party and I get a new computer. I have already downloaded new rekordbox but it is saying that I need to disconnect my acoount from the license key which I have on the other computer which have been broken. Can you help me please? because I cannot work with my ddj rz.

Hello, I happen to me something. I had to reformat my computer and when I installed rekordbox tells me that I have already installed on another computer and this is not true. Any solution?
Due to I had no other choice, I bought new license which now also don't works. What is more - I cannot logout though my account, and it doesn't works well with my ddj rz. Any solutions ? Because I don't want to buy third license key for nothing.
you have to put a ticket in on the support end, not here. I had to do the same, it sucks
