Xdj 700 Firmware

I've updated the wrong firmware for XDJ-700 via USB.
The functions of the player are dead.

If your hardware does not respond to the firmware update mode boot-up, then you have a hardware problem and it must be serviced by a Pioneer DJ authorized shop. As you've already initiated communication with Pioneer's technical support, I will close this topic.
Have you tried updating the correct firmware?
I don't know how to update?
Player does not respond to any button after updating the wrong firmware.
I do not know whether there is download the firmware for Xdj 700.

I thought it matched Xdj 700 supports Xdj 1000.

I am wondering 3 things:
1) Why you installed a firmware which is obviously not for your device?
2) How its possible that the device installs a firmware which is for a different device.....?!?!?
3) Why there is no download of the current firmware for the 700......
I just do not know how to solve my problem, ie to enable the player to use.
If there are only manually restart.
I think it does.
One and two are holding together and squeeze POWER ON, and keep ten seconds while you are on display notified The settings have been reset to factory default and so on.
This in my case is not valid because it is my player simply dead.
I NEED HELP.................
Contact the support. They can rovide you the firmware file and steps how to initiate loading the firmware from the usb...
