Rekordbox license after hard disk fail

Hi,

These days I need to format my Windows because the computer don't start (I need to change the hard drive, it's was broken). So, I can't deactivate the rekordbox license. Now, in the new Window installation I activate the second license avaible. Two questions:

-How can I deactivate one the licenses? What happen if I need to repeat the process or install Rekordbox in a second laptop?

-Is there any website where I can login and see my activations, activation keys or something similar.
