Can not export playlist to USB! Need a license key?
Hi All,
Just downloaded the Rekordbox software. As i know its free, but the exporting playlist to usb is inactive!!!
Anybody have idea?
I have account, but i see there is an "activate" menu. So i need a licence key? i have't own pioneer cdj at home.
The usb is new, properly formatted to FAT32. After connecting the pendrive automatically a PIONEER dir will be writed.
But NO export to USB via rekordbox :(

you can sync RB Playlists with USB devices, not necessary to have an activated Version of RB (Performance Mode) with a license key.
In the bottom left of RB, you can find a sync manager. You need to checkmark in the top right in order to sync playlists with an USB device.
If that is not working, I assume you to read the manual or wait for an official answer ;)

The problem was that rekordbox was in performance dj mode instead of EXPORT.

Little Addition: I just learned that the USB device can be unmounted when Rekordbox Link to the Mixer and to the CDJ devices is disconnected.
If the Link is connected and you want to unmount you USB device, you first need to disconnect the Rekordbox Link, second unmount the USB device in the Rekordbox Software and works fine ;)
