HDJC70 missing screw and washer

I'm a professional DJ and bought a C70 with excitement, as a replacement for my expensive Sennheiser HD25 Aluminium. Two weeks working with it and one of the rotating slider arms suddenly got separated from the headband. It was dark and the screw + washer disappeared. Where can I buy replacements for that? Can't find it anywhere!! Ridiculous situation

Thanks for the answer but what happens next? Will the store order those parts for me? They are not available on Pioneer's website…isn't it much easier to get these directly from Pioneer?
