so I can make scratch with cd player paused and has a very high delay. what can I do?

with all the ways and the firmware is 1.12 but its only happen whit the left deckAre you able to repeat the problem consistently?
i cant scratch whit the left jog wheel, only work whit the music in pause, sorry my bad english

Then unfortunately it sounds to me like the unit has a hardware fault and requires servicing. Please contact Pioneer technical support in your region to arrange for inspection and repair.
