CDJ 1000 MK3 "ROM ERROR"

Hi,

I just tried to update my CDJ 1000 MK3

after i put in the instalation disc he said

notracks so i turn the power off and back on

now he does nothing only reading disc and "rom error" is visible on the screen

can anyone help ?
