Update ddj wego2 problem..

The WeGO2 firmware v1.03 is a zip file with a jar file within, there is no rar available.

can't find jar file , only bin

I'm not sure how you're even getting a bin file from the zip I linked. What are you using to extract the zip?

i use win rar .
same happens with win zip.

Are you downloading the zip file I linked above? I guarantee, there is no bin file within.

yes. for sure. right from your link

i download it , then i press 'extract here' and i see a .bin file and some other files. but none of them is a .jar file
when i download i see this : DDJ-WeGO2_V103 (zipped folder)
when i press extract here i see this : DDJ-WeGO2_updater_V103 (win rar archive)

Thank you very much. Although i downloaded the jar file , i had to uninstall win rar in order to see it. When i turned ddj on according to the manual , nothing happened. Do i have to copy the .jar somewhere else? I put it in folder "downloads". Just for the record i use windows 7 home 64 bit.

I wonder if you had WinRAR set to view inside the jar files... thus not executing it.

You have to run the jar file itself for the program to launch the updater.

when i run the .jar file windows asks me :
1) use the web service to find the correct program or
2) select a program from a list of installed programs ????

Looks like you don't have Java installed. Go here: http://java.com/en/download/
