Cannot register Rekordbox

I confirmed my email and i'm verified. When i try and log into rekordbox 3 i get  a message "Fix your internet connection environment then try again". My internet is fine, and i removed my firewall. Any advise would be great.

I have the latest version i just downloaded it today. I'm windows 7 64bit 

Anyone have an idea how to complete an offline registration?
