Power

I have a DDJ SX2 and it reboots in the middle of my gig.I called Pioneer and their response was very disappointing.Without the controller I will be without income and they have offered no amicable solution The unit is less than six months old and I did not expect this from a unit I bought for $1000,Has anyone else had this BAD experience with their unit also with the customer service offered by Pioneer,HELP!!
