DDJ SB - do I need a pre amp?
Hi, I have connected my DDJ SB to my cambridge audio amp but no sound is coming out. I have one 1210 turntable that I run through a pre amp, do I need to do the same with my controller??

No. The reason you need a preamp with a turntable is the output level is not line level, but phono. The preamp bumps the signal up to line levels for the input.
You may not be getting adequate output levels if you haven't got your channel and master levels turned up, plus there are settings within the software to adjust levels also.
