Release Rekordbox update or patch
Currently users of windows os cannot search for all missing tracks when using iTunes for file organizing, this is an extremely easy fix that could be patched in before the next Rekordbox release.
Please for the love of jeebus cut us windows users a break and patch a working folder search function so we may once again appreciate Rekordbox for all of it's glory.

All kidding aside, there is a very complex system involved in relocating tracks that have been moved. The engineers are always working to improve these features and I hope one day it works automagically. Until then, the easiest thing you can do if you have to move files is to move them in small batches rather than your entire collection all at once.
