DDJ WEGO does not connect

Hello,

I was trying to use my DDJ WEGO today and i got the following situation. First of all, i turned it on and the lights cycle in the beginning was ok. Then, for some reason it crashed. Whenever i try to turn it on, all the lights turn on instantly and nothing happens else. It just stopped working and i dont know what to do. I was looking for some factory reset, but i could not find it. The image below is the device when i turn it on. I bought it in Australia about a year ago, but I am not there any more. I live in Brazil and I cant contact the technical support. Anyone has any idea to solve this issue?
