Hello,

i updated to Windows 8.1 some days ago and now my DJM-900 will not connect anymore to Windows :/

I have the latest driver on the computer and the latest firmware on the device, but if i plug in and out the usb cable, nothing happens. Windows doesn't recognize the device and also the USB led on the djm900 doesn't flash or do something else.

if i connect my RMX1000 on the same USB cable, windows recognize the device immediately, but if i plug in the cable on the mixer nothing happen :/

 

do you have any ideas..?

@ciscospirit> From pioneerdj.com/support page on the DJM900nexus:

There is a compatibility issue, where DJM-900nexus Setting Utility may not launch from the Start menu of Windows 8.1.

Please refrain from upgrading to Windows 8.1 until the compatibility is verified.

Pioneer are working on an update presently.
