DDJ-SR Midi Map Issue Serato DJ

Recently bought DDJ-SR to use with Serato DJ. Many functions work OK, but dependent on having the "Allow Serato Hardware Remapping" box checked. When checked, I get full functionality of the pads (slicer, etc) but the headphone cue functionliaty (i.e. choosing to have cue or master in your ears) doesn't work and I get bleed from both channels; however, when unchecked, I lose pad functionality but the headphone cue issue is resolved.

Is there anyway of re-installing the default midi map to see if this solves the issue? I want to just use the full SR functionality out of the box!!! Help please guys!
