Is there any way to turn on quantize by default?

The first thing I do every time I open RekordBox is turn on quantize and expand the Adjust BPM/BeatGrid view - I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Is there any way to make this a default setting when opening RekordBox?

 

If not, could the suggestion please be passed along to the engineers?
