[SOLVED] Scrolling rotary knob light failure
Anyone else had the white light round this fail? Only had these a month and I've had a mangled Ethernet port on one when I opened it and now this lights blown on the new one! What's goin on in the quality control department... Gavin is there anywhere in Northern Ireland can sort this, returning this to England again is getting a bit tiresome!

Given that the decks only 5 weeks old, and its more than likely a faulty part - How would this work?
Craigavons a bit of a journey for me, just for an opinion or having to return again to collect it
@cdjbasile > I believe sending it into the service centre you incur the costs. The standard procedure is to return to place of purchase for repair / replacement. I would encourage you to use the contact links and call Pioneer UK - explain your situation and see what they can do to help you.
