Cant update XDJ-R1 Firmware or read usb drives

Just ordered XDJ-R1. Came with ver. 1.07 tried to update firmware and get picture below.

It says 1.07 -> 15.35

 

Also any usb drive I use, it says no data. Does it only play music analyzed with recordbox?
